- Through fun and engaging play experiences, we focus on foundational skills crucial during preschool years. Developmental delays in children with CHD might be subtle and become evident in school. Our program addresses these concerns early, ensuring a smoother transition to formal learning.

Mental Health Counselling
We are dedicated to supporting individuals and families impacted by congenital heart disease (CoHD) who may not have access to hospital or local community supports.
Who We Support:
- Parents, teens, and adults dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, family or relationship issues, body image concerns, and bereavement.
- We offer individual and family group sessions.
How to Access Our Services:
- South Australian Residents: You can contact us directly to self-refer and participate in group programs.
Appointment Options:
- Telehealth: Confidential video calls using Powerdiary or phone calls.
- In-Person (SA metro only): Face-to-face sessions in our office.
Availability:
- Appointments are available Monday to Friday, with some flexibility for evening sessions for WA clients.

- If you need urgent mental health support, please let us know, and we will do our best to prioritize your needs. For immediate crisis support, you can also contact Lifeline at 131114.
