Congratulations Jaden
At our recent HeartKids Teen Camp, we awarded a new annual award to a very special HK teenager who has shown outstanding inspiration and commitment to HeartKids throughout the previous year. The decision is based on their ability to raise the profile of HeartKids, show compassion to others and engage the community in supporting HeartKids.
We awarded the 2012 Spirit of HeartKids award to Jaden Dixon. A very deserving winner! Congratulations Jaden.
